• Develop an automated energy management control system
• Evaluate the potential for energy recovery
• Optimize compressed air networks

Installation of a water tower
to cool used water.

Construction of a new energy-efficient distribution centre and head office at Saint-Hubert, Quebec:

• Recovery of heat released by our products arriving from the plant, which are cooled in a recovered-energy refrigerator, contributing to the heating of offices in the building
• Use of cold outside air in winter months (December to March) to refrigerate products
• Installation of more efficient lighting
• Installation of Energy Star electrical appliances in Liberté staff kitchen
